FINCA Kosovo offers qualified university students and graduates the opportunity to participate in its internship program. The FINCA Kosovo internship program is offered in all regions of Kosovo, including the HQ office. The program lasts for four months and is offered twice per year, once during summer and once during winter. The purpose of the program is:
To offer opportunities for young people to apply their skills in a fast-paced working environment.
To establish new connections – as a FINCA Kosovo intern, you will have the opportunity to interact with Department Heads and Branch Managers. You will also have the opportunity to network and acquire valuable work experience to draw upon later on in your career.
To work with professional mentors – FINCA Kosovo will assign a mentor for you to work alongside during the internship program. Your mentor will inspire you to rise to challenges and achieve success. They will facilitate your work during the internship.
To acquire knowledge – The internship is the perfect opportunity for you to gain valuable work experience to strengthen your skills and improve your employability later on.
To participate in valuable training sessions – FINCA Kosovo organizes training sessions for interns, where you will have the opportunity to learn skills directly applicable to your work, thus enabling you to successfully conclude the internship program.
