The four-day Small Business fair was held in Fair Center of Fushë Kosova, from 29 November till 2 December.

The fair was organized by SME Support Agency, by Ministry of Trade and Industry in partnership with Kosovo Economic Chamber, supported by European Commission Liaison Office, in cooperation with strategic partners: Kosovo Trust for Pension Savings, Kosovo Tax Administration, Kosovo Customs, American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, Kosovo Business Alliance, and Agencies for Regional Development East-North-South and West.

The Small Busniess fair aimed support for private sector development, and providing information on what authorities and donors offer in support of business, and in the same time to present the activities of 25 business associations.

FINCA in this fair participated as part of AMIK (Association of Microfinance Institutions of Kosovo), and was called to participate by the Kosovo Economic Chamber in the capacity of an exhibiter, along with other 12 members.

Present in this fair were: Granit Berisha, the head of SME Support Agency, representatives of Kosovo Government – Mr. Bedri HAMZA, the Finance minister, Safet Gërxhaliu, the head of Kosovo Economic Chamber, and also Garland Boyette, the representative of EU project in support of SME Support Agency .

“The days of Small Business” closed the 2011 activities, and it was marked by a special format for interaction between the Business Community and the authorities, associations, and donors in this sector
